Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. All products (with a few exceptions) can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us a detailed note at support@peridotpig.com within 7 days of delivery. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible. No returns will be granted after 30 days from delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Masks cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you on a solution.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Custom ICC Profiles
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us at support@peridotpig.com first. We will supply you with return shipping instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Holiday Gifting Return Policy
During the holiday season, we offer an extended return window to allow for gifting. Any purchase placed after November 1st is eligible for a 45 day return policy or a return processed by January 15th of the following year (whichever is longer).
